How to Order a Miniature Portrait of Your Home:

1. Place Your Order: Choose the "Custom Home Portrait" product and make the payment. The price is for a frame size of 17 cm (height) by 12 cm (width), with an internal measurement of 12.5 cm by 9.5 cm. We use a 1:40 scale. This size allows for the façade of a two-story house (without the roof), including the front door and 2–3 windows, depending on the architecture. We also consider the porch, a small staircase, or a narrow lawn in front of the house.

2. Custom Size: If you need a different frame or miniature size, please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order. We will discuss the details and create a special product for you in the store, where you can then place the order with the exact price and specifications.

3. Send Us a Photo of Your Home: After placing the order, send us a photo of the façade of your home via WhatsApp or email. We will clarify any details to ensure we capture all the features of your home in the miniature.

4. Work Confirmation: We’ll check whether you want to receive a photo of the model for approval before shipping or if we can send the final product right away. The work takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the complexity and our workload.

5. Photo for Approval and Shipping: Once the miniature is ready, we will send you a photo for approval. If everything looks good, we will ship your order on the same day or the next business day. If adjustments are needed, we will make them and send the final model once you approve it.
